Hi everyone, hope you had a great Christmas without too many cares.

Sadly, sometimes Christmas is far from care-free, with the costs and stresses of getting supplies getting some people down that they can almost forget it is a time to celebrate. I'm happy to tell you that there IS a solution.

From the bottom of my heart, I can recommend the Chrisco Christmas hamper club...

With a little bit of planning, you can spend the year paying off supplies little by little. You will hardly notice that the money has gone each week, but come Christmas time, it will all add up to a wonderful hamper of Christmas goods being delievered to your house. The sooner you order and start paying, the smaller your weekly/fortnightly/mothly (whatever suits you best) payments will be.

The full range of hamper choices can be viewed online, or you can request a catalogue by calling 1800 28 28 28.

It may sound like a well-worn advertising slogan, but never a truer word was spoken when they say you can save for a magical Christmas with Chrisco.

I am not a troll, nor do I make any profit from posting this. I simply believe in this program, and am sure you will too if you give it a go.

Hoping to commission some knitting
Hi fellow fibre lovers :)

I'm a felter at heart
Tried my hand at knitting and I've failed. (lol)
BUT, I'd still love to include a specific knitted beenie in my selling stock.

I'm hoping to find knitters who would knit me one, or more of my beenie pattern.
I'll email you the beenie pattern and you name your price. atm, I'm accepting any types of yarn you care to use.
If it's within my budget, I'll commission you to as many as you'd like to commit to.
Or, I can trade loose fibre for spinning, or yarn, etc

If you'd like to be paid for your knitting (or know someone who does)
email me at jungle_dread@hotmail.com and I'll send you the pattern.

I'm not sure if anyone would know the answer, but I want to know where you register the name for a fashion label? I've been trying to research but keep coming to dead ends. If someone knows please tell me!

Great community by the way XD

A bead world!
Hi Everyone!

If anyone out there is into jewellery making / beadwork, I've actually just opened up my own bead shop (I was sick of paying for overpriced beads and accessories from retail shops). So I'm hoping to spread the bead love to other jewellery makers, etc online!

My website is: BeadandGem.com.au.

If you do happen to order something, write a little note in the checkout box and I'll throw in a few more extras. :)

Aussie knitters
Just a quick heads-up: this month's Better Homes & Garden's magazine has a coupon for an extra $5 of yarn from Lincraft if you spend $25 dollars - needles and patterns excluded. Not the world's best deal, but they've got a new range of novelty yarns so if you were wanting to knit up one of those groovy fluffy scarves then now would be a good time.

The mag also has some patterns for knitted blankets and cushions, nothing too complicated but they look nice.
